Backerkit Processing

Hi Everyone.
Well it appeared as if everything was working as planned, but now even though it's saying things are processed... nothing seems to be processed. So Backerkit is doing whatever they are doing on the back end to figure out what in tarnation is going on back there.
Have some patience. They will figure it out soon. I'll keep you posted.

Charging Cards Delayed 24 Hours

Hi Folks,
So looks like our little Adventurer Mount didn't make it for the stretch goal.
and after spending 18 hours getting the surveys fixed, there still seems to be some issues with it.
so we are delaying the charging of the cards for Campaign Critters 2nd Edition until we can remove the Adventurer Mount, and get everyone's surveys bugs fixed. Seems it's a backend backerkit system thing. They are working on it.

Survey Bug: Please Confirm Your Survey

Hi Everyone.
So yay. A new system was put in place on Backerkit called the "Incentive add-on" that allows us to drop items in as free stuff into everyones pledge. Sadly this does not work the same way as dropping an item into a filtered section of the backers, so unfortunately when I added the sticker into EVERYONE's survey... It removed the "completed" tag.
So now everyones information is technically complete, that last button got reset for everyone.
I'm trying to go in and manually approve the 1400 backers... but it's alot.
If you could find your original survey email from Backerkit and run thru the survey again, it takes about 10 seconds to click the continue buttons enough to get to the end.
At the same time, you can do a last minute audit on your address and see if you missed any critters from the add on section (Like that adventurer mount perhaps?).

Surveys and Preorders Closing Tomorrow 7/15 at 10PM Central Time

Hi Everyone!
It's down to the wire now. Surveys and Preorders closing tomorrow. We will also be processing cards at the same time. This does not include shipping (and will not be including VAT at all) Shipping will be closer to the fulfillment date in a few months. VAT will not be processed and will need to be handled on your end with your countries customs agency.
Adventurer Mount is still not funded yet. We need 133 more ordered in order for them to be made. If you want an adorable cavalry, now would be the time to order one either by adding them to your survey, or preordering them on the preorder store.
The Golden Wyrm however is funded! Be sure to add one to your pledge survey, or toss one into your preorder today before we finish processing the stores at 10pm tomorrow (7/14)
I'll be sure to respond to any remaining messages on Kickstarter if you need any help.

Yall are doing great! doesn't seem like a ton of questions on the surveys, and if you do, reach out here on Kickstarter. By far the easiest way to gather info.
However, there's still 400 of you that have not filled out your survey.
Remember, if you don't fill out your survey, you can't get any pledge rewards because we don't have your address.
